You will lead business and technology analysis for complex workstreams, partner with pod and technical leads, and ensure effective requirements, testing, and adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation, analysis, or implementation; 7+ years for Sr. Managing Consultant.
• Experience leading business or technology analysis for complex programs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to clarify problems, needs, and opportunities.
• Design future-state workflows and operating-model changes aligned to business objectives.
• Translate findings into build-ready user stories and requirements.
• Coordinate test scenarios, UAT, and AI-enabled workflow evaluations.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demonstrations.
• Prepare client deliverables and updates, tracking progress against outcomes.
• Assist in adoption, training, and handover for ongoing usability.
