Job summary

BRG is seeking a Managing or Senior Managing Consultant to connect client objectives with data workflows, translating business requirements into actionable technology solutions. You will lead analysis across discovery, design, and implementation, working with a pod of specialists to ensure value delivery and client adoption.

The role blends hands-on delivery with strategy, requiring strong stakeholder collaboration, workshop facilitation, and the ability to navigate complex financial services

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business transformation, business or technology analysis, or implementation, including experience leading workstreams.
• Demonstrated experience leading business or technology analysis for complex transformation or implementation work.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear process models, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with agile or multidisciplinary delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration; surface dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to clarify problems, needs, constraints, and opportunities for improvement with AI-enabled solutions.
• Assess current-state processes, design future-state workflows aligned with business objectives.
• Translate findings into build-ready requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and AI/data engineers to clarify needs and resolve requirements during development.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning; track progress and surface risks.
