Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is expanding its Financial Institution Operations & Technology practice in the United States. We seek Managing Consultant or Senior Managing Consultant level leaders who connect client objectives with data, workflows, and engineering needs to build real solutions.

You will lead business and technology analysis for complex workstreams, stay close through development and testing, and help clients adopt the delivered solution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business transformation, business or technology analysis, or implementation, including experience leading workstreams.
• For Senior Managing Consultant a minimum of 7 years.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear process models, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that technical teams can implement and test.
• Experience working in agile or multidisciplinary delivery teams and collaborating across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled delivery and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with client stakeholders to clarify business problems, user needs, and opportunities for technology delivery.
• Design future-state workflows and operating-model changes that connect business objectives to practical implementation.
• Translate findings into build-ready user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineers.
• Coordinate with pod leader and technical teams to refine backlog by business value and risk.
• Prepare client deliverables and stakeholder updates, establishing performance baselines.
