Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is expanding its Financial Institution Operations & Technology practice in the United States, seeking an Associate Director or Senior Managing Consultant to lead multi-disciplinary pods.

You will own engagements from scoping through delivery, shaping work, managing client outcomes and engagement economics, and partnering with technical leads on architecture, feasibility, and AI-enabled workflows. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of applicable work experience for Associate Director; 7+ for Senior Managing Consultant.
• Experience owning engagements and supporting business development, including scoping and setting budgets.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary business and technology teams with clear ownership and outcomes.
• Financial services domain experience (lending, payments, cards) is valuable.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs in regulated financial institutions.
• Ability to collaborate across business, operations, technology, risk and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled delivery and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Own client pursuits, proposals, scope, pricing, and delivery plans with clear success measures.
• Lead discovery and solution shaping with stakeholders, aligning priorities to technology improvements.
• Mobilize pods around funded engagements and secure talent and resources.
• Own backlog priorities, balance value and feasibility, and guide planning and demonstrations.
• Manage delivery across discovery to release, ensuring alignment of business and technical decisions.
• Track scope, milestones, budget, and engagement economics; manage changes and risks.
• Build senior client relationships and govern engagements with clear decisions and commitments.
• Ensure quality assurance, risk controls, and human oversight of AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead business readiness, adoption, training, and handover; measure results against success metrics.
