Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Manager of Workplace Operations & Facilities to lead a team across a portfolio of 700K–1M sq. ft., driving operational strategy and excellence.

You will oversee maintenance, capital planning, budgeting, compliance, and vendor performance to ensure secure and cost-effective workplaces. In this role, you will manage 7–10 years in facilities, guide a distributed team, coordinate renovations, and optimize service delivery for agents and staff across locations,

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management.
• 5-7 years directly managing team members.
• 6+ years of project management experience, including 4+ years leading enterprise workplace/facilities programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and empower up to eight direct reports and oversee onboarding and KPIs.
• Direct maintenance programs and vendor performance to ensure cost-effective workplace environments.
• Manage budgets, CapEx planning and financial KPIs; own P&L accountability.
