You will lead a team of test hardware and software engineers and coordinate with Front‑End and Back‑End Senior Managers to maximize test coverage and first-pass yield, while shaping strategy and execution for next‑generation products and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience in test development and validation.
• Experience with ICT, FCT, SLT, and burn-in/ESS testing.
• Strong knowledge of DFT/DFx and boundary-scan techniques.
• Ability to translate yield data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end test architecture, strategy, and execution.
• Lead a high-performing team of test hardware and software engineers.
• Collaborate with silicon designers and manufacturing to maximize test coverage and throughput.
• Drive DFx reviews early in schematic and board layout.
