You will drive DFT optimization, fixture design, and automated test development across ICT/FCT/SLT platforms, partnering with silicon vendors to validate BIST and JTAG diagnostics. You will lead production tuning, yield analytics, and failure analysis, leveraging Python, C/C++, LabVIEW, and Linux scripting to maximize fault coverage

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hardware test development or diagnostic code engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• DFT optimization to maximize test access and design release.
• Silicon diagnostic hookup with tier-1 vendors and BIST.
• Develop automated test scripts to control instruments (Python/C++/LabVIEW).
• Design fixtures and interfaces for ICT/FCT/SLT systems.
• Map and validate coverage matrices to reduce escapes.
• Perform yield analysis and SPC-related tuning.
• Provide rapid failure analytics with log cross-referencing.
