Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in DFT or Test Engineering in a complex electronics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience evaluating boundary scan chains and test point accessibility.
• Background in board-level schematics and high-density PCB layout checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-design testability reviews and audit test point access.
• Model structural and functional coverage against MTRS.
• Disposition DFT findings with hardware and software teams.
• Support functional test definition and early build debug with TRLs.
• Propose updates to DFT rules based on test data.
