Responsibilities

• Architect, code, and deploy advanced hardware/software test solutions across all manufacturing stages.
• Maximize fault coverage and yield throughput via customized test sequences.
• Integrate JTAG/Boundary Scan diagnostics and BIST methods for silicon validation.
• Develop scalable test scripts to control instruments and extract diagnostics.
• Design and qualify bed-of-nails fixtures and switching matrices for ICT/FCT/SLT.
• Map coverage matrices and drive statistical quality improvements.
