Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated engineering experience in Test Development or NPI Test leadership.
• Experience leading test hardware and software teams in high-density hardware environments.
• Strong collaboration with silicon partners and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end testing architecture, strategy and execution for product and infrastructure.
• Lead a team of test hardware and software engineers to develop ICT, FCT, SLT and burn-in solutions.
• Drive DFT/DFx reviews early in schematics and board layouts; embed built-in self-test and boundary scan.
• Interface with silicon architects to implement robust diagnostic hooks and test plans.
