Job summary

Storm2 in New York is seeking an experienced Implementations Manager to lead new customer deployments and ensure successful onboarding outcomes.

In this role you will own implementations from kickoff to go-live, coordinate with stakeholders, configure integrations, train users, and drive product adoption while partnering with Product and Engineering to resolve challenges in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, professional services, or related field.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems preferred.
• SaaS implementations a plus.
