Job summary

Clark Davis Associates is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources Department and partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and recruit top talent.

Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, managing offers, onboarding, and ensuring compliant hiring processes, while proactively sourcing candidates across multiple channels and building internship programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume blue-collar roles in addition to executive level roles; knowledge of compensation plans including equity plans.
• Experience with HR Generalist responsibilities including talent development, HRIS, and employee relations is a plus.
• Experience building internship recruitment programs from scratch.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive/forward thinking with sound judgment in decision making.
