Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to own the full-lifecycle recruiting function across pre- and post-award hiring. The role oversees ATS/HRIS, KPIs, vendor relations, and compliance, with a focus on remote work and occasional travel.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in TA, including leadership, plus experience in government contracting and ATS systems. Remote work is primary, with travel for events as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, incl. 5+ years managing people in TA leadership or recruiting-ops
• Govt contracting/cleared environment experience preferred (pre/post-award)
• Hands-on ATS administration experience (Greenhouse preferred) including configuration, reporting, and workflow design
• Vendor/staffing-partner relationships and contracts management experience
• Ability to build and present KPI/SLA dashboards to leadership
• Understanding of EEO/OFCCP compliance in govt contracting
• Strong stakeholder management; able to collaborate with HR, PMs, Contracts, Finance
• Fully remote work with periodic travel for events, fairs, conferences

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day TA operations across pre-award and post-award hiring
• Collaborate with Director of HR on workforce and pipeline strategy
• Own TA KPI framework and present performance data to leadership
• Drive process improvements and own JD library, interview guides, sourcing playbooks
• Manage TA vendor relationships, including contracts and performance
• Support HR with EEO/OFCCP recordkeeping and audit readiness
• Oversee ATS administration and IT collaboration for automation/reporting
• Direct TA team, including performance management and development
• Represent the company at recruitment events and conferences
