Job summary

Arlo Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support the Programs Department across the full lifecycle of contract management and growth. This role involves strategic and operational leadership, transitioning new contracts, and filling vacancies as an interim program manager.

Remote work is available, with preference for candidates in or near the Washington, DC area to attend meetings at headquarters. You will liaise with government personnel, customers, and Arlo HQ departments to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
8-12+ years professional experience including 5+ years program management.
Federal government contract program management experience.
Strategic thinking and framework development.
Ability to influence key stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

Support goals of the Programs Department, developing materials for scalability.
Liaise with business development on scoping for proposals and contracts; advise on technical solutions and staffing, pricing, risks.
Serve as Transition Program Manager for new contracts and manage first 60-90 days.
Act as interim program manager for vacancies and longer-term assignments.
Coordinate with customers, Arlo HQ (finance, contracts, HR, Recruitment, Security) and partners.
Build relationships with government personnel and CORs; ensure client satisfaction.
