Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of progressively responsible professional experience in higher education, student affairs, campus operations, technology services, access control, or related field.
Knowledge of electronic access control systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office 365, and customer service management platforms.
Experience supporting residential life operations or comparable customer-facing environments preferred.
Ability to collaborate across departments while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee Husky Card Services operations including issuance, replacement, and lifecycle management of university identification credentials.
Administer campus credentialing and electronic access permissions for students, faculty, staff, affiliates, and guests; maintain cardholder databases and ensure privacy compliance.
Coordinate with Housing, Public Safety, Dining Services, Athletics, Libraries and other partners to support access across university facilities.
Lead operational improvements, system enhancements, and project plans; develop documentation and training materials.
