Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, finance, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area.
• 4 years' experience in business development, market development, healthcare, or related area.
• 6 years’ experience in business development, market development, healthcare, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives by evaluating market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including forecasting and pipeline management, to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and present comprehensive business cases and proposals that demonstrate return on investment and align with organizational objectives.
• Guide and mentor team members on sales qualification, negotiation strategies, and best practices to enhance performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into actionable strategies and drive execution of key projects.
• Utilize financial acumen to analyze performance metrics, forecast outcomes, and advise stakeholders on business decisions.
