Job summary

You will oversee a diverse team delivering strategic direction, impactful demos, and data-driven insights to maximize bookings and retention. Key requirements include 10+ years in relevant roles, leading regional teams, and deep expertise in API architectures, gateways, cloud-native stacks, and AI security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Solutions Engineering, MIS or equivalent.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including regional team leadership and coaching.
• Experience managing the technical opportunity sales cycle and cross-functional programs.
• Ability to lead, mentor and develop individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the pre-sales Lead and contributors, driving strategic planning.
• Communicate team direction, goals and progress to sales and pre-sales leadership.
• Lead initiatives to build team capabilities and introduce new products.
• Own diverse reports and analytics to shape data-driven strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.
