Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role will involve growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects, to drive revenue growth and customer success.

The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and driving the success of our sales efforts, and will partner closely with our sales and broader

Qualifications

7+ years in a pre-sales capacity with 3+ years in frontline management.
Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.
Proven track record of revenue growth and hitting sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
Guide GT M strategy in the region with insights on sales, product gaps, and team needs.
Source and screen candidates to maintain a high talent bar.
