Fivetran is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead our North East US team. You will guide a group of Solutions Architects, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer success through technical excellence and strategic collaboration with sales.

This leadership role requires 7+ years in pre-sales, 3+ years of frontline management, with a strong background in data warehousing, analytics, BI, or data science.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity with frontline management experience
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue and meeting sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling
• Guide GTM strategy in the region and provide insights on sales strategy and product gaps
• Source and screen potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar
