Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US team, driving revenue growth and ensuring customer success.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and partnering with sales to grow the business. Remote-friendly with a strong talent approach and regional leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• 3+ years of frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining talent).
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
• Guide GTM strategy in the region by providing insights on sales strategy and product gaps.
• Screen potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar.
