Fivetran is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US team. You will drive revenue growth, customer success, and technical excellence while partnering with sales and the Americas revenue team.

You will mentor architects, promote a customer-obsessed culture, and shape regional go-to-market activity. This role focuses on people leadership and strategic enablement across data warehousing and analytics domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of frontline management.
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling.
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs.
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar.
