Job summary

Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US team. You will grow and guide a group of Solutions Architects, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring technical excellence and sales alignment.

You will partner with sales and the Americas revenue team to shape strategy, recruit top talent, and mentor your team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity with 3+ years frontline management experience.
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IS/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
• Guide GTM strategy for the region by providing sales insight and advocating for the team.
• Source and screen candidates to maintain a high talent bar.
