Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US team, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer success. You will mentor architects, collaborate with sales, and align regional strategy with product gaps and market needs.

You will recruit and grow talent while partnering with the broader Americas revenue team, delivering technical excellence and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• 3+ years of frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, retaining top talent).
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
• Guide GTM strategy in the region and provide insights on sales strategy and product gaps.
• Sourcing and screening potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar.
