Job summary

Fivetran in the Central US is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US team, driving revenue growth and customer success. You will grow and guide a squad of Solutions Architects, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with sales.

You will partner with sales leadership and the Americas revenue team to shape GTM strategy, recruit top talent, and maintain high standards for client engagements across data warehousing, analytics, and data science.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity with 3+ years of frontline management experience
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering or data science
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Reside in the Central US region

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
• Guide GTM strategy in the region by assessing sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs.
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar
