Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US team and drive revenue growth through strategic pre-sales leadership. You will mentor architects, partner with sales, and ensure technical excellence across data warehousing, analytics, and data engineering.

This role is remote in the US with preference for Central US residency and the ability to recruit top talent across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity with frontline management experience (3+ years)
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and hitting sales targets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS/Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets
• Guide GTM strategy in the region and advocate for team needs
• Source and screen candidates to maintain high talent bar
• Drive revenue growth and customer success in Central US
