Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US team, driving revenue growth and customer success. You will mentor architects, align with sales, and shape regional strategy to close deals.

The role requires 7+ years in pre-sales with leadership experience, and a strong background in data warehousing, analytics, or data science, with residency in the Central US region. This is a remote role with regional emphasis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a pre-sales capacity with 3+ years of frontline management experience
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, BI, data engineering or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Reside in the Central US region

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling
• Guide GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy and product gaps
• Spearhead candidate sourcing and screening to maintain a high talent bar
