Job summary

Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role focuses on growing revenue, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving the success of our sales efforts in the region.

You will mentor architects, collaborate with sales leadership to hit regional quotas, and help set GTM strategy. A track record in pre-sales leadership and data-oriented tech domains is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of frontline management.
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Reside in the Central US region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling.
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs.
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar.
