Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations using ServiceNow.

You will manage client engagements, guide offshore delivery teams, and ensure end-to-end HR operations solutions across case, knowledge, and onboarding processes. The role requires deep ServiceNow HRSD experience, strong leadership, and ability to drive multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field with 8 years of work experience (5 years post-baccalaureate).
• 7+ years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
• 7+ years in ServiceNow consulting for external clients at a professional services firm.
• 7+ years leading client design sessions and requirements workshops.
• 7+ years of reporting and integration design/implementation on ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of leading and coaching ServiceNow teams.
• 5+ years of API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRSD implementations and optimize ServiceNow solutions per client objectives.
• Manage client engagements with EY and client teams; translate business requirements to technical specs.
• Oversee data management, integrations, and training materials for end users.
