Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in Technology Analysis. You will lead ServiceNow HRSD transformation initiatives, guide workstreams, and build strong client relationships.

This role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team, including offshore resources, and traveling to meet client needs. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience, relevant certifications, and a proven track record in consulting with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification in ServiceNow.
• At least one certification in HR Service Delivery.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client working sessions, guiding planning through execution and closure.
