Job summary

Accenture is hiring a ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across ServiceNow offerings, shaping opportunities tied to AI-native workflows. You will advise clients and ServiceNow leadership while guiding Accenture account teams and expanding executive sponsorship across industries.

Travel is required, 25%–50% depending on client needs, with a focus on enterprise transformation, AI adoption, and workflow modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in business development, sales, alliance, or consulting.
• Minimum 10+ years in complex pursuit management and opportunity development.
• Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, CX, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven executive relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-ServiceNow growth strategies and co-sell motions.
• Build executive relationships with ServiceNow partner leaders and account teams.
• Originate opportunities involving ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Drive pipeline growth with leadership teams.
• Lead executive workshops and value realization discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives aligning investments with outcomes.
• Position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
• Create differentiated industry solutions and joint offerings.
• Enable field teams on joint value propositions and growth plays.
