Job summary

Accenture seeks a ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Director to drive growth across ServiceNow offerings, shaping opportunities and guiding executive discussions on AI, workflow modernization, and business transformation.

You will originate, shape, and advance strategic deals, align with leadership, and craft ROI narratives to demonstrate measurable outcomes. Travel 25%–50% is expected to support client engagements and joint value creation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
• Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs aligned with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-ServiceNow growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts/clients.
• Build executive relationships with ServiceNow Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
• Originate opportunities involving ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Work closely with Accenture and ServiceNow leadership team to drive pipeline growth.
• Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives that align technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Influence ServiceNow leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
• Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned to ServiceNow priorities.
• Enable Accenture and ServiceNow field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.
