ButcherBox is seeking a Senior Manager of Search to own our paid search program across Google and Microsoft Ads, managing a seven-figure budget while driving new member growth.

You will also own the SEO and AI search visibility program, collaborating with an experienced partner to set priorities and ensure organic work ships effectively. This hybrid role supports in-office collaboration with flexible WFH days.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on paid search for DTC/ecommerce/subscription brands
• Experience managing seven-figure budgets
• Agency/contractor management experience
• Strong knowledge of SEO and AI search surfaces

• Own the paid search program across Google and Microsoft Ads with a seven-figure budget
• Drive new member acquisition while meeting CAC/payback targets
• Lead SEO and AI search visibility with a contractor
• Collaborate with CRO, creative, and analytics teams
• Forecasts, pacing, and performance reporting to leadership
• Experiment with AI formats and automation early
