Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own strategy, performance, and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO, and CRO. This is a hybrid strategic and operational role that combines sales involvement, team oversight, and measurable outcomes for a growing portfolio of clients.

You will join sales calls to shape scope, build roadmaps, and ensure campaigns deliver results across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and organic search.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 and search console.
• Ability to propose strategic recommendations to clients and sales teams.
• Proven track record of overseeing execution teams and ensuring deliverable quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO client campaigns across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Create 90-day, 6-month and annual growth roadmaps for clients.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keywords, bidding and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Track KPIs and ensure attribution accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and coordinate with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly/quarterly performance summaries to clients.
