Perk is seeking a Paid Search Growth Marketing Manager to lead our North America paid search program across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, working to the Senior Manager, Paid Marketing. You will own bid management, budget pacing, testing, and AI-driven initiatives, while driving a steady pipeline of high-quality B2B leads.

This hands-on role requires a data-driven mindset and comfort collaborating with SEO and Sales to connect paid search to overall demand generation in a fast-moving SaaS
