Darkroom is seeking a Senior Director of Paid Search to lead the practice across Google, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, and AI search ecosystems. You will own strategy, performance, and commercial health for the paid search portfolio, guiding a team of 6+ and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to deliver client outcomes at scale.

You will report to the Managing Director of Paid Media and shape the practice's growth, margins, and service offerings while maintaining a strong executive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in paid media with focus on Paid Search.
• 8+ years leading paid search teams, incl. managers.
• Experience scaling Google ads accounts >$1M USD/month.
• P&L ownership and pricing experience.
• Executive engagement with CMOs and founders.

Responsabilités

• Own multi-year vision, strategy, and performance of Darkroom’s Paid Search practice across platforms.
• Lead a 6+ person team and build leadership bench.
• Shape service offerings including AI search integration and pricing inputs.
• Represent paid search in new business, audits, and pitches.
• Partner with Shadow and other teams to drive efficiency and scale.
