Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years managing or developing software engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud).
• Background in full-stack or backend development (Java, Node.js, microservices, APIs).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications (MuleSoft/Workato or cloud-native services).
• Domain exposure to high-volume contact center, marketing automation, or outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead development of modern software beyond CRM, including microservices and data pipelines.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
• Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team of Salesforce and full-stack engineers.
• Drive Agile Scrum practices, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and architecture sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Leadership to translate strategy into tech deliverables.
