Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join the Sales Transformation practice within EY Studio+. You will lead client engagements across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, helping clients reimagine sales strategy, operations, processes and technology to accelerate revenue growth.

In this role you will manage multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to design end-to-end sales solutions using CRM, CPQ and CLM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business administration, data analytics or related field.
• MBA or equivalent may be preferred.
• No less than 8-10 years in consulting or industry with commercial focus.

Responsibilities

• Sell, manage and deliver one or more workstreams with focus on quality and risk management.
• Lead client engagements from planning to execution and closure.
• Oversee multiple workstreams with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Guide client workshops and executive meetings, and build trusted relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of sales tech trends.
