Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales planning and strategy to lead a team of sales planners and analysts and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This role reports to the Director of Sales Strategy and Planning and partners with cross-functional teams to translate goals into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven leadership in Sales operations/planning, preferably in tech, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical thinker who can translate data into insights; SQL preferred; Salesforce/Excel experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
