Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering for Majors West, based in the United States. You will lead and grow the sales engineering team across the core portfolio, including Gen AI solutions, collaborating with GTM Sales Leaders, Product Management, and Engineering to close deals.

You'll recruit, mentor, and develop talent, refine discovery, qualification, and PoC processes, and design value-based solutions with clients in a matrixed environment to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, with sales or systems engineering experience.
• Experience mentoring and developing sales engineering talent.
• Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking.
• Ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrix GTM environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team.
• Refine and scale core sales engineering processes including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept.
• Partner with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.
• Work within a matrixed environment to promote and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-based selling.
