Job summary

Catalyst Brands LLC seeks an IT Sourcing Manager - SaaS & Software to lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations across the corporate technology ecosystem. You will partner with Tech, Ops, and Finance to manage software portfolios, SaaS investments, and contingent labor, driving measurable value.

You will develop TCO models, optimize licenses, and ensure favorable terms while collaborating with stakeholders across Security, Legal, Finance, and Tech.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology procurement or strategic sourcing with SaaS/enterprise software focus.
• Proven negotiation experience on software licensing and SaaS subscriptions with Tier-1/mid-market vendors.
• Experience with contingent labor sourcing, staffing agreements, or SOW-based engagements.
• Proficient in financial modeling and spend data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for SaaS platforms and enterprise software from vendor selection to contract execution.
• Mentor and guide an associate/analyst in software and SaaS sourcing activities.
• Negotiate favorable commercial and legal terms, pricing, SLAs, and renewal protections.
• Partner with Technology and Finance to manage budgeting, forecasting, and renewal planning.
• Optimize license and subscription utilization and drive cost reductions.
• Develop and maintain Total Cost of Ownership models and business cases.
