Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a high-performing IT Sourcing Manager - SaaS & Software to lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations across our enterprise technology portfolio. You will collaborate with Tech, Ops, and Finance leadership to optimize software spend and drive measurable enterprise value.

You will mentor a sourcing associate, negotiate license terms, and build robust TCO models to support investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology procurement or strategic sourcing, with a dedicated focus on SaaS and/or enterprise software agreements.
• Negotiation experience negotiating software licensing and SaaS subscription agreements with Tier-1 and mid-market vendors.
• Contingent labor exposure to sourcing, staffing agreements, or SOW-based engagements.
• Financial modeling experience developing TCO models and performing spend data analysis.
• Stakeholder management across Technology, Finance, and Business teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sourcing Initiatives: Plan and execute strategic sourcing strategies for SaaS platforms and enterprise software, managing the lifecycle from vendor selection to contract execution.
• Team Guidance: Mentor an associate/analyst handling software and SaaS sourcing activities including renewals and expansions.
• Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms focusing on pricing, licensing models, renewals, usage tiers and SLAs.
• Financial Stewardship: Partner with Technology and Finance to manage spend including budgeting, forecasting and renewal planning.
• Portfolio Optimization: Drive license and subscription optimization to reduce costs and improve utilization.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain Total Cost of Ownership models and business cases.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Implement SRM to maximize vendor value and track performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Security, Legal, Finance, and Tech on selection and implementation.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze licensing changes and pricing benchmarks to inform negotiation strategies.
• Contingent Labor Support: Source and manage technology contingent labor; negotiate rate cards and SOWs.
