Job summary

EvenUp seeks a Lead Procurement Manager to scale our technology vendor ecosystem, handling SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and IT services. You will own end-to-end purchasing workflows, balancing cost with performance to sustain rapid growth while ensuring reliability.

You will drive supplier selections, RFPs, and negotiations, and partner with FP&A and IT to optimize spend and licensing, all within governance and data-protection standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing within high-growth technology environments.
• 2+ years of cross-functional project leadership experience.
• Proven track record of refining and scaling procurement processes in fast-paced tech/VSA environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with high-dollar SaaS and cloud infrastructure agreements.
• Strong financial literacy and experience partnering with Finance on budgets and usage modeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and enforce clear purchasing workflows with spend guardrails.
• Own high-value enterprise technology agreements across SaaS, cloud infra, and IT services.
• Spearhead vendor selections and RFPs with total-cost analysis and security benchmarking.
• Lead commercial negotiations for key SaaS and IT contracts.
• Partner with FP&A, IT, and leadership to audit spend and optimize licenses.
• Evaluate and implement procurement systems to increase cross-functional visibility (Zip, Ramp).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
