Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project delivery experience in SaaS/tech implementation.
• Proven people management experience required.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios with customer-centric accountability.
• Strong technical acumen: data prep, system configuration, workflow logic, and product architecture.
• Experience engaging with customers at all levels with professionalism and judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and systems orientation.
• Sound decisions in ambiguous situations balancing priorities.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery performance for a team of Implementation Analysts/Consultants.
• Translate delivery plans into operational processes and quality benchmarks.
• Drive portfolio health by tracking utilization, delivery metrics, and risk.
• Escalation point for complex implementation challenges and cross-product workflows.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Partner with customers to translate requirements into implementation strategy.
• Identify patterns and develop scalable solutions to reduce friction.
• Champion team culture, accountability, and continuous development.
• Contribute to PS operational strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramp planning.
