Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project management and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lease cycle and marketing for retail amenities, including documentation and milestones in Salesforce.
• Provide robust financial support: budget tracking, accounting, modeling, and ad-hoc reporting for leadership.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce, POS, Monday, and dashboards to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate presentations for leadership and assist in cross-functional projects and industry research.
• Improve project management processes, document management, and leasing activities for cross-functional efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional amenity projects and identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
