Job summary

Irvine Company Office Properties is seeking a Manager, Investment Analytics to support Finance, Asset Management, and Leasing by building financial models, analytic tools, and automated workflows to drive portfolio performance.

The role involves preparing Investment Committee materials, underwriting large leases and capex, evaluating tenant credit, and developing asset-level business plans in close collaboration with leasing, finance, and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/real estate or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Real Estate Investment, RE Private Equity, asset management, or related FP&A.
• Expert-level Argus and Excel modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment committee materials, models, and financial exhibits.
• Model NPV, IRR, and DCF for leases and capital projects.
• Conduct cash flow forecasts and property valuation analyses.
• Lead asset-level business plans and reviews of performance trends.
• Develop analytics models in Excel, Argus, and Google Sheets.
