Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or real estate; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in real estate finance or analytical roles.
- Experience with financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts.
- Advanced Excel modeling; ARGUS experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Model and analyze financial concepts (NPV, IRR, DCF) and maintain ARGUS/Excel models.
- Conduct annual property valuations and underwriting for leases, capital investments, acquisitions.
- Prepare investment theses and financial exhibits for key decisions.
- Develop annual property business plans and monitor performance vs budgets.
- Collaborate with property teams and market research to inform decisions.
- Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor research.
- Support cross-functional input for business plans and valuation analyses.
