Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive Facilities Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) required, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Deep expertise in institutionalizing quality-focused project management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail portfolio operations by managing capital expenditures and cost-containment measures.
• Drive asset value, leasing acceleration, and operational efficiency through renovations and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Leasing, Tenant Coordination, Development and Operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including ADA/Title 24, water quality, hazardous materials, and site remediation.
• Guide budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration to support timely execution.
