• OR 5 years experience in a maintenance or related technical environment with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department operations across the distribution network.
• Coordinate with home office and regional teams on asset protection, budgeting, and compliance.
• Lead capital projects, vendor negotiations, and safety programs to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
