Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across a regional area, leading a team of technicians to keep facilities safe, efficient, and compliant.

The role requires 50%+ travel and close collaboration with Store Managers, Facility Services leaders, and vendors, with responsibility for reporting, inspections, licenses, and timely permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 3–5 years in facilities/construction management.
• Experience leading technicians and coordinating with vendors.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% or more within the region to oversee sites.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage reporting/analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and oversee inspections and permits.
