Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional footprint. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant facility operations for stores and support sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field with 3 years’ facilities management/related experience, or 5 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel with region of responsibility 50% or more.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Produce reporting and analytics for facilities operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and perform site inspections.
• Obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections as required by codes.
